Italianni's in Metro Manila

"Our dine-in experience at Italianni’s was somewhat mixed. The food was excellent, with our orders served within 15 minutes, which was impressive. We arrived around 7 PM, and since the restaurant was just starting to fill up, our orders were taken promptly. However, there were service issues that affected our experience. My colleagues ordered pasta and requested parmesan cheese, but it took multiple follow-ups before it was served. Additionally, we requested split billing at the start, which the server confirmed was possible, but when the bill arrived, it was provided as a single receipt. After requesting again, the process still took longer than expected, and the server seemed unhurried in assisting us. Overall, the food quality was great, but the service started strong and then declined towards the end of our meal. A bit more attentiveness, especially with requests and billing, would have made the experience smoother. Would I come back? Maybe—for the food, yes, but I’d hope for better service next time."

"Italianni's Uptown Branch is superb especially the staff here. We fall for a line for walk reservation but it only takes 5-10 minutes. The ambiance is clean and cozy, the staff are friendly. The food that we ordered was delicious especially the dessert. It has a wide variety of set meal. you can enjoy the view while eating and it has a romantic vibe."
